About

I started in hospitality in 1999 and have worked with H&L since 2000. For five of those years I was actually inside the company as an employee, which gave me a rare view of how the software really works. Everything I do now grew out of that grounding: helping venues get the most out of their tech stack, keeping operations going when systems fail, and building reports that turn raw transaction data into decisions owners can act on each day.

It all comes back to one thing: helping operators get the information they need to run better and plan further ahead.
